This site (Pass Food Manager) and each course on it are owned and operated by DataPig LLC. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Study aid only. Every course here is an independent exam-preparation tool, provided for educational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and using it does not guarantee any examination result or outcome.
No affiliation. ServSafe® is a registered trademark of the National Restaurant Association, used nominatively only. DataPig LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Restaurant Association, NRFSP, StateFoodSafety, ANAB, the Conference for Food Protection, or any health department or licensing authority. Per-course disclosures:
- Food Manager Exam Prep: Built to the FDA Food Code 2022 + Supplement (the public-domain testable body of knowledge, 17 U.S.C. Sec. 105), the ServSafe Manager Book 9th ed., and the ServSafe Examinee Handbook. The Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) exam is 90 multiple-choice questions (10 unscored pilot items blended in - treat all 90 as live), 2 hours, pass = 56 of 80 scored (70%) - a percentage of the SCORED items, in force since July 7, 2022 (lowered from the former 75%). The certificate is typically valid 5 years; the exam is also offered in Spanish and Chinese. The adopted Food Code edition, the pass standard, fees, the major-allergen list, and local CFPM rules can change - verify the live examinee handbook for your provider and your local health code. Teaches the public-domain FDA Food Code, exam-agnostic across the ANAB-CFP-accredited providers (ServSafe / NRFSP / StateFoodSafety). ServSafe® is a registered trademark of the National Restaurant Association, used nominatively only; this independent study tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Restaurant Association or any exam provider, and no ServSafe exam items or book text are reproduced - all questions are original analogous items.
Intellectual property. The site, its design, original content, audio, and software are © 2026 DataPig LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All practice items are original study material; no proctored exam content is reproduced. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.
Payments & refunds. Each course is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are billed once per course and never auto-renewed. Purchasing one course grants access to that course only. If you are not satisfied, you get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase — processed automatically. Request it in-app (Help → Request a refund) or email support@passfoodmanager.com. When a refund is issued, paid access to that course ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Provided “as is.” The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataPig LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes. DataPig LLC may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
